Q. Can you tell me about OCR's experience managing college recruiting programs?

A. For over ten years, OCR has focused exclusively on college recruiting. We have experience working with a diverse mix of employers and hundreds of schools throughout North America. We understand the seasonal nature of college recruiting, and are familiar with the uniqueness of each University's Career Center support and online recruiting systems.

Q. Does each client have a single point of contact?

A. OCR assigns a Senior Manager to each client who determines the size and makeup of the recruiting team for that client. The Senior Manager gets to know you, your staff and your business along with your recruiting goals and objectives.

Q. What do OCR's services cost?

A. Pricing of OCR services is determined based on the combination of services and the size of the program. Our Clients specify the number of schools, interview schedules, hiring goals, etc., and OCR creates a proposal that best complements the client's strengths and staffing.

In all cases, OCR works on a preset, fee-for-service basis. Contracts are all-inclusive, and no charge-backs will be made to the client for travel or any other normal operating expenses.
