I. College Recruitment Services

A. PRE-CAMPUS VISIT SERVICES

  • Collect client feedback from on-campus interview and relay to candidates

  • Collect client and candidate feedback from next round interviews and relay to all parties

II. College Event Management - Career Fairs, Presentations, Information Sessions, On-Site Interviews, and more!

  • Research scheduled campus and regional events
  • Create events schedule
  • Coordinate coverage of events by client's staff
  • Coordinate and administer round-trip shipping of booth, literature, signage, and other necessary materials to each event site

  • Collect resumes submitted by students and enter into tracking system

A. RECENT GRADUATE RECRUITING

Targeting candidates up to 24 months after graduation to fill off-cycle and/or immediately available positions

  • Source resumes
  • Prescreen candidates by e-mail correspondence and telephone interviews
  • Schedule phone or on-site interviews with client
  • Arrange and prepay candidate travel for on-site interviews
  • Facilitate post-interview communication between candidates and client

B. RESEARCH PROJECTS

  • Conduct research to identify and rank schools that best fit client's recruiting objectives
  • Research outreach and recruiting opportunities at targeted schools
  • Compile a customized recruiting directory per client specifications

C. ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT

  • Coordinate recruiting plans and activities including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other events
  • Handle warehousing, packing, and shipping of literature, display units, and other items for on-campus or other off-site events
